Bluewater opens 5 November and Greenwich 18 November; Streatham skates all year. Seven rinks near Bromley with 2026 dates, ticket prices and booking rules.
There is no ice rink in Bromley borough this winter, so most people here skate at one of three: the Queen’s House Ice Rink in Greenwich (opens 18 November, the nearest Christmas rink), the covered rink at Bluewater (opens 5 November) or Streatham Ice Rink, an Olympic-size rink open all year. Central London adds four more. Every entry checked against the rink’s own site on 2 November 2026.
We have not skated at any of these for this guide, and nothing here is a review. Each entry gives the dates, the prices the rink’s own booking page or website showed on 2 November, and the rules that catch families out: booking fees, skate aids and age limits. Prices on most seasonal rinks change by day and time, so the figure you see when you book may differ.

Not confirmed: the Winter Gardens at Beckenham Place Park
Last winter the Winter Gardens in Beckenham Place Park ran a covered ice rink with a funfair and market, from 22 November 2025 (delayed a week by a weather warning) to 4 January 2026. The park is BR3 by postcode but owned by Lewisham. On 2 November 2026 the park’s events listing still showed last season and visitwintergardens.co.uk had no 2026 dates. A new premises licence application for the event was on Lewisham Council’s register on 20 October, with representations open to 12 November; our sister site has the full story. We will add it here if dates are announced.
How we chose
These are the rinks people in Bromley borough search for, chosen on the public record rather than on taste: real ice within reach by car or a direct train, with a 2026 season and prices published by the operator. Dates, prices and rules come from each rink’s own website or booking system, read on 2 November 2026, with the Queen’s House operator taken from Visit South East England and its size change from Londonist. We left out Hampton Court Palace’s rink as a long cross-London trip from here, and Canary Wharf’s, which is not returning this year.
