Bromley Fireworks 2026: Three Displays on 7 November

Bonfire night 2026 falls on Thursday 5 November, and nothing in the borough is on that day. Three displays have published a 2026 date and all three have picked Saturday 7 November. None of them is run by Bromley Council, and none of them sells tickets at the gate. Turn up on the night without one and you are not getting in.

Everything below was read on 3 September 2026 from the organisers’ own websites and ticket listings. Where a display has not announced this year, this page says so rather than guessing.

The three confirmed for Saturday 7 November

Beckenham and West Wickham are 1.15 miles apart, so they are a genuine either-or rather than a double bill. Bromley High School is on the other side of the borough.

Beckenham Charity Fireworks

The borough’s biggest display is run by the 5th Beckenham South Scout Group, registered charity 1011301. It has supported local causes since 1946, and every person running it is a volunteer. The organisers say they have raised over £250,000 in the past seven years (beckenhamfireworks.com). Their own charities page puts it at “over £200,000 in recent years”, so the two figures count different windows. Recent beneficiaries include St Christopher’s Hospice, Living Well Bromley’s food bank, Bromley Brighter Beginnings, Bromley Youth Trust and Bromley and Croydon Women’s Aid (charities).

There are two displays on one ticket. The 6pm one is quieter and aimed at smaller children; the main display is at 7.15pm. Both are set to music, and you can watch either or both, but there is no re-admittance, so you stay in the park through the gap.

Tickets, and the page that is still last year’s

The FAQ is the current source and it says plainly: “The 2026 fireworks will take place on Saturday 7th November. Tickets will be on sale in September.” Sales are through the organisers’ own website and Eventim, described as “our sole ticketing supplier”; anything sold elsewhere, the organisers warn, is “often scams or frauds” (FAQ).

One thing to watch. The site’s own tickets page still reads “SOLD OUT” and says there are no remaining tickets for the 2025 event. That is last year’s page left live; the rest of the site was rebuilt on 29 August 2026. Trust the FAQ, not the tickets page, until it changes.

2026 prices are not out. For 2025 the display charged £17 for adults aged 14 and over, £12 concessions, £6 for children aged 5 to 13, and under-fives free, as reported by London Now. Treat that as the shape of it rather than the number to budget on.

The rules that catch people out

• No tickets on the gate, at any price. Park capacity is “strictly limited for safety and to avoid overcrowding”, and once it is reached no more are issued.
• Ticket sales are final, with no refunds except if the event itself is cancelled, in which case the full ticket price is returned.
• Concessions are narrow: state pension or disability benefits only, and bring proof.
• A carer goes free with a paying ticket holder, but you must buy your ticket first, then apply for the carer ticket before 4 November. Carers without an issued ticket are not admitted.
• No pets, alcohol, sparklers or fireworks. Bags are subject to search.
• Bring cash. Not all rides and stalls take cards, and you cannot leave and come back.

Two licensed bars and around twenty food traders are on site, from a hog roast and a Greek souvlaki stall to churros and Malaysian rice bowls (food and drink).

Access

Two disabled viewing areas, one on grass at the front of the display and one on hard standing near the control tent, plus disabled toilets. Wheelchair users should use the Croydon Road gate. No seating is provided, and folding chairs are permitted in those two areas only (accessibility).

Getting there

The park is at 319 Croydon Road, with entrances on Croydon Road and Village Way. Clock House station is an 11 minute walk, Beckenham Junction 15, and the buses are the 54, 194, 227, 353, 354, 358 and 367. There is covered bike parking in the Beckenham Beacon car park. The organisers’ own advice is “we recommend arriving on foot”.

If you must drive, the Village Way multi-storey is at one of the park entrances and is the best-value long stay in the borough: £1.00 for the first hour, £1.80 for two and £3.30 for four, charging until 9pm and a flat £1.50 after that. Do not plan on parking on the street. Beckenham’s controlled parking zones BEC and F operate 8.30am to 8pm every day, which covers the whole of the gates-open window on a Saturday. West Wickham Fireworks at Club Langley

Rotary West Wickham fires its Fireworks and Music Spectacular the same night, at Club Langley. Gates open at 4pm and the display starts at 6.30pm, with hot food, snacks, mulled wine, coffee and a licensed bar beforehand (westwickhamfireworks.com).

Tickets are advance only, with none on the gate this year, and go on sale from 1 October 2026:

• Adults £12.00
• Children £6.00, under 18
• Under-fives free
• Family ticket £30 for two adults and two children, against a normal £36

Online sales are capped at 1,500 tickets, because most of the allocation goes through local schools, and online sales close at 4pm on Saturday 7 November if they have not sold out earlier. Tickets are also sold in person at Matthews The Jewellers, 22-24 High Street, West Wickham, at Club Langley itself, and through Clare House, Hawes Down, Balgowan, Oak Lodge, Marion Vian, Unicorn and Valley primary schools, Highfields Infants and Juniors, Eden Park High School, Langley Park School for Boys, and the 6th Beckenham Brownies and Guides (where to buy tickets).

The organisers are blunt about driving: “THERE IS NO PARKING ON SITE SO PLEASE USE PUBLIC TRANSPORT OR WALK.” You can walk in from the South Eden Park Road end or the Wickham Way end, and it is a short walk from Eden Park station. Proceeds go to St Christopher’s Hospice, Demelza House Hospice, Disability Snowsports and Magpie Dance among others.

Bromley High Fireworks: the only one you can already put a price on

The Bromley High Parents’ Association display at Blackbrook Lane, BR1 2TW is live and bookable. Its Eventbrite listing carries firm times: gates 5.45pm, display 7.30pm to 8pm, with the funfair, licensed bar and food stalls running until 10pm (Bromley High Fireworks 2026).

Two numbers sit in that listing’s own booking data:

• Tickets run from £13 to £33.
• Sales open on 28 September 2026 and close on 4 November, four days before the event.

The organisers bill it as “Bromley’s Biggest Fireworks Display”, which is their claim rather than a measured one, and Beckenham would dispute it. Refunds are not offered. Londonist records this as the sixth year the school has run it. Blackbrook Lane is a residential street between Bickley and Bromley Common with no large car park, so walking in from Bickley station or being dropped short of the gates is the realistic approach.

Chislehurst: nothing announced, and the club has taken its page down

Chislehurst Rotary has fired a display on Chislehurst Recreation Ground, Empress Drive, for years, and Citizen Ticket still describes it as “Chislehurst Rotary’s annual fireworks display at Chislehurst Recreation Ground”. On 3 September 2026 there was nothing to book. Three checks, all the same answer:

• The club’s Citizen Ticket page shows an empty Upcoming events list.
• The club’s own Future Meetings and Events diary reads “Sorry, no meetings or events have been added by the club”.
• The club page that carried last year’s fireworks details now loads with no content and a blank page title.

That is not a cancellation, and Chislehurst has announced late before. Check again in early October rather than assume.

Crystal Palace Park: no display on the programme

Crystal Palace Park is in the borough and once held one of London’s oldest fireworks nights. There is no 2026 display on the park’s own listings. On 3 September the Crystal Palace Park what’s on page ran from Zippos Circus in early September to a cyclo-cross round on 27 September, with a museum exhibition dated through to 20 December, and carried nothing for bonfire night. The park’s site is now crystalpalacepark.org.uk; the old crystalpalaceparktrust.org address redirects there.

Roads, and the town centre

No road closure orders had been published for any of the three displays. All three run inside parks or school grounds and are entered on foot from ordinary streets, so the pinch point is parked cars rather than closures. Anything that does get published shows up on our Bromley roadworks and travel page.

The only other fireworks in the town centre this autumn are the finale of the Your Bromley Christmas switch-on on Sunday 15 November, which is free and needs no ticket. That is a week after bonfire night and covered on our Bromley Christmas lights switch-on page.

• Chislehurst Rotary 2026 date: expected September or October, if it runs.
