Free blood pressure and Vital 5 checks, climbing, singing and walks across the borough from 16 November. The NHS Health Bus calls at the PRUH on the 19th.

Free health checks, singing, walks and a climbing taster are all part of Bromley’s Self Care Week, which runs from Monday 16 to Sunday 22 November. Most of the events are free.

The week is organised by Bromley Well, and the council is promoting it under the slogan “Make some time!”. Bromley Well says its full downloadable programme is “coming soon”, so the dates below are those already listed.
